Ruth C. Andersen, 95, of East Windsor, NJ, passed away on Dec. 16 at her residence at Meadow Lakes. She was predeceased by her husband of 48 years, Bedford, her son, Richard and her daughter, Carol. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Alan Sumutka. Born in Brooklyn, she lived in New Hyde Park, Palm Coast, FL, and most recently in East Windsor, NJ. She was a resident of Meadow Lakes Retirement Community and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Cranbury. A Service of Thanksgiving of her life will be held on Jan. 6 at the Meadow Lakes Retirement Community in New Jersey. Memorial contributions may be made to the Meadow Lakes Employee Education Fund, payable to Meadow Lakes Forum, with a memo denoting the Education Award Fund, 82 Meadow Lakes, Hightstown, NJ 08520 or the American Red Cross, P.O.
