Burglary Arrest In New Hyde Park


NewHydePark_WebLogobThe Third Squad reports the arrest of a Queens man for Burglary that occurred on Thursday, July 21, at 6 a.m. in New Hyde Park.

According to detectives, Third Precinct Police Officers responded to a Third Street residence for a suspicious male. As police arrived they observed the defendant Mykai T Bullock, drop an i pad he was carrying and fled into the rear yard. After a brief chase on foot, Third Precinct Police Officers located the defendant in a nearby garage and placed him into custody without incident. There were no injuries reported.

Bullock is charged with Burglary 3rd Degree, Burglary 2nd Degree, Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree and Possession of Burglar’s Tools. He will be arraigned in First District Court in Hempstead on Friday, July 22.
